Description:
The total amount of emails sent.
Calculation:
The sum of all Email Sends events.
Total Revenue
Description:
The total amount of revenue.
Calculation:
It sums the combined values of all order events.
Placed Order Rate
Description:
The percentage of emails that resulted in the customer placing an order.
Calculation:
Orders / Emails Sent
Revenue Per Email Sent
Description:
The average revenue from each email that is sent.
Calculation:
Total Revenue / Emails Sent
Total Revenue Lift
This Metric is only visible when you are in Split Test Mode.
Description:
The total amount of extra revenue that Alvas has generated for your shop.
It's calculated by taking the difference in revenue per email sent from all Alvas emails compared to all Original emails. This is done to get the effect of Alvas on a single email basis.
Then it's multiplied by the total amount of emails sent to get the full impact of Alvas.
Calculation:
Revenue Per Email Sent (With Alvas) - Revenue Per Email Sent (With Original) * Email Sends (With Alvas)
Potential Revenue Lift
This Metric is only visible when you are in Compare Mode.
Description:
The total amount of extra revenue you could get, if all your emails were sent with Alvas.
Like the Total Revenue Lift, it's calculated by taking the difference in Revenue Per Email Sent from all Alvas emails compared to Original Emails.
Then it's multiplied by all emails sent, both with and without Alvas.
Calculation:
Revenue Per Email Sent (With Alvas) - Revenue Per Email Sent (With Original) * (Email Sends (With Alvas) + Email Sends (With Original))
