How to see emails sent by Alvas
Step 1 - Open Logs
Inside Alvas go to Logs, by clicking on the "Logs" tab (or open this link).
In Alvas we call each individual AI generated email a "Log".
Each row in the table represents a log, and you can see everything that might be relevant, such as the email, receipient, products, assets, what data Alvas received, the status and the text Alvas generated.
Step 2 - View Email
To read the texts Alvas has generated, you can click "View Email".
Step 3 - Read email in the template (Klaviyo only)
For brands that have connected Klaviyo to Alvas, you can see the email that was actually sent to the customer.
First, you should make sure you can see the Read Email column, you can select it in the upper right hand corner.
Then you can click read email, which will open the template inside Klaviyo.
It's very important that you're already logged into Klaviyo, and has signed into the account that is connected with Alvas. If you haven't done that, it will show you an error.
