To solve this problem they became one of the first Alvas customers for our AI-driven email personalization product. Soleplus transformed their Abandoned Cart from generic “Hello $first_name, you forgot your basket” emails into unique and hyper-personal emails to every single customer.
Here are the results of their initial months of trial:
Placed Order Rate: Increased by 56%.

After this successful case, Soleplus is now adding Alvas for their Browse Abandonment, Placed Order, and Added to Cart automated email flows. And look forward to also adding Alvas to their automated emails for the entry to the Danish market in Q1 2024.
