About Alvas

We're building the world's first Agentic CRM for B2C businesses. Our mission is to transform how businesses handle customer relationships through AI automation.

We're two founders:

Marius (22) is our CTO, spending 100% of his time building our product. He started programming when he was 11 years old and recently spent 27 hours straight at the office finalizing a crucial feature a customer needed.

Villads (22) is our CEO, and I spend most of my time getting new customers and making our current customers happy. I moved to San Francisco when I was 20 years old, to start Alvas and learned how to code using ChatGPT.

Together we've built and grown Alvas to $200,000 ARR.

  • Grown 25% MoM since January 2024
  • Currently at $16,000 MRR (115.000 DKK MRR // 1.368.000 DKK ARR)
  • Raised $63,500 at a $3M valuation cap from Angel investors including Esben, Sebastian, Rasmus & Jonathan.
  • Cash flow positive in under 2 years - achieved by only 10% of startups
  • 32+ B2C customers including Coolshop, Shaping New Tomorrow, and Fusion

Our Product

Traditional CRM tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot & Salesforce rely on humans using their platform to create value. We're changing that with the first Agentic CRM that autonomously handles all CRM activities.

We call our first agent The Builder.

It can effectively create an entire newsletter from a simple prompt. Check out the demo

Future agents include:

The Planner

Based on the specific brand and time of year, The Planner creates a plan of email campaigns that will be sent to customers.

The Analyst

Performs advanced data science to create audiences, test hypotheses, and generate high-impact campaign ideas.

Together, these agents replicate top-tier CRM teams at 100x lower cost and 10x faster speed.

The Role: Commercial Lead

We're looking to expand our team with a Commercial Lead.

Day to day:

  • Work directly with Villads, teaming up to deliver the best customer experience to as many customers as possible.
  • Help customers integrate AI into their production workflows
  • Drive customer onboarding, success, and sales
  • Help customers implement Alvas in their email marketing strategy

Note: No enterprise sales experience? Don't worry - neither did we when we started.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: 20.000 - 30.000 DKK/month ($3,000 - $4,200/month)
  • Equity package
  • Performance-based commission
  • 6-month compensation reviews
  • All meals covered when in office (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
  • Flexible remote work (we work around 10-20% remote)
  • Our office is located right by Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen (it's awesome)

About You

Startups are not for everyone.

You will likely succeed (in prioritized order) if

  1. You're a (very) fast learner
  2. You're extremely ambitious and believe you will change the world
  3. You have experience with modern software tools and Generative AI
  4. You've sold something to someone a lot of times, and encountered many "No's"

And to just be clear from the beginning.

This is not:

  • A 9-5 job
  • A ping pong, tabletennis, beer fountain startup. (We have a fridge with beer, but no fountain - and definitely no ping pong table)
